Kelvinbridge Kimchi

Kelvinbridge Kimchi

House-fermented kimchi and a West End lunch counter.

Kelvinbridge Kimchi packs jars of cabbage, cucumber and seasonal greens, then serves a short lunch of rice bowls and toasted sandwiches. The shop smells of chilli and garlic by eleven.

The story

Soo-jin Park started fermenting for friends during lockdown. The counter came later — a way to feed the neighbourhood that kept buying jars.
